It's time to sign up for the Winter 2024 comprehensive 6-week Lamaze Childbirth Education Series!  

This class is great to start in the later part of your 2nd trimester or early 3rd trimester. 

This class is designed for those planning a hospital or home birth! 

This complete series will cover all things birth related, including nutrition, comfort measures, pelvic floor function, postpartum planning, baby care, perinatal mental health, stages of labor, emotional preparation, resilience building, advocating for yourself, and more.
